Justin is the Manager of MWH Soft for Asia Pacific. MWH Soft is a leading global provider of technical and infrastructure software and professional solutions designed to meet the technological needs of utilities, government and engineering organisations worldwide. Justin is a Civil Engineer with more than 12 years of industry experience in engineering and IT. Over the years, Justin has managed and directed a wide range of engineering and IT projects, including construction, process improvement, software development and database integration.

Bill Capati - Gold Coast Water
Bill is Gold Coast Water Manager Infrastructure Planning. Gold Coast Water is a finalist to the Global Water Awards 2009 Public Water Agency Of The Year. Bill is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience and is an Adjunct Professor of the University of Queensland. Bill managed the recently amended Gold Coast Waterfuture Strategy which won the Australian Water Association 2009 Water Environment Merit Award. Bill is a member of the Australian Water Association, International Water Association, American Water Works Association and Water Environment Federation.

Toby Bourke - MWH Soft
Toby is a customer service manager with 5 years post graduate experience in business development and international business. Toby’s previous roles in South East Asia and the Middle East utilised his event management, client liaison and project management skills. In Toby’s role with MWH Soft he is responsible for the delivery of technical support, coordinating certified software training and client liaison for the Asia Pacific region.

Anna Hollingsworth - Gold Coast Water
Anna Hollingsworth is a Senior Environmental Planning Officer/ Researcher at Gold Coast Water, Queensland, Australia. Anna has a Bachelor of Science with first class honours in Marine Biology and Environmental Science. Anna is the Project Manager of the Pimpama Coomera Aquifer Storage and Recovery Project and works on a number of projects including the Coombabah Recycled Water Management Project and the Seaway Smart Release Project. Anna has co-authored several technical papers and is a Young Water Professional member of the Australian Water Association and the International Water Association.

Charlotte Mills - Mills Consulting Group
Charlotte is a leading international expert in water distribution networks. Charlotte’s experience is primarily in the field of network analysis using hydraulic models. This includes construction, calibration and analysis of network models, and preparation of system management reports. Today she leads her own company based in New Zealand that provides engineering consultancy services and training in the field of water distribution network modelling, network planning and management, strategic planning and system operation.
Shankar Thyagarajan - MWH Soft
Shankar is a customer service manager based in Singapore. Shankar is an Environmental Engineer and IT professional with seven years of experience in consulting and research. He is proficient in GIS, hydraulic modelling and software programming. He has conducted basic and advanced GIS training courses. Shankar leverages his diverse background in engineering and IT to better understand customer requirements, IT-enable their business processes, and provide effective training.
